We ship to the lower 48 states only on this website. If you live anywhere else please call us and we will direct you to an international distributor.

All in stock orders meeting the $15 Minimum order will be shipped out within 3 business days. The delivery date will very based on UPS transit times, which are 1 - 5 business days depending on your address. Business days are normal weekdays excluding holidays. We do not break orders into multiple shipments.
RETURNS
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call customer service at 937-890-7461 for return authorization numbers. All merchandise returned due to ordering the wrong product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be returned within 15 days of invoice date. No returns accepted COD or freight collect.

* I have a XxXXxX (Cartridge), what ammo box fits it best? At MTM we don't just have one box; we have 2 to 6 different style ammo boxes to choose from. Example: The common 9MM round has no rattle; 6, 12 and 18 round ammo wallets are available. Also available are 2 boxes with 50 rounds & 1 box with 100 rounds. Our detailed Ammo Box Charts will help you find the box you are looking for quickly. Go to www.mtmcase-gard.com and click on the type ammo box you need and the ammo chart links are on those pages.
* Sticker removal: Stickers have what they call a shelf life. They only last so long before they try to bond to the plastic. Some labels last 5 to 7 years and come off easly. There are other labels that last two years and then start bonding to the product. If the product was stuck in a hot warehouse or in the sun, they don't last long. We're sorry for your trouble. The key is to roll the edge of the sticker and SLOWLY remove the label. The adhesive makes a decision to stick to the box or to the label. If you go very slowly it usually comes off. If the label delaminates, the best stuff to remove it is Groof Off or similar products sold in most grocery stores.
